Foley Investigations is owned and                                            operated by Deborah Foley and based                                              out of Northampton, MA.                                            Deb has over thirty-five years                                            of combined law enforcement                                            and military experience.                                           Twelve years as a MA State Trooper                                           and twenty-three years as a                                            Comissioned Officer in the Army                                           National Guard.                                                                                      Her background lends to                                           a highly efficient, detail oriented                                           Private Investigative firm.   Throughout Deborah's career as a Massachusetts State Trooper her assignments have included; Road Patrol, Court Officer, Community Services Coordinator and Public Educator.  Her advanced training includes; Criminal Operations Patrol Course, DEA Basic Narcotics School, Drug Abuse Resistance Education Certification (DARE) and Child Passenger Safety Technician.     In 1991 after a successful Army National Guard tour, as the Virgin Islands Counter Narcotics Coordinator, Deb was asked to assist the Virgin Islands Narcotic Task Force (VINTF) as an undercover agent.  In a civilian capacity, she was responsible for developing numerous covert relationships. These relationships led to enhanced intelligence on the local and national narcotics trade.  Additionally, she constructed detailed surveillance plans for controlled drug purchases.  In turn the (VINTF) was able to successfully prosecute and win several large narcotic cases in Federal Court.

Tracy Foley has been with the firm for over two years.  She is working towards her PI License and assists on all investigations.  Tracy attends Attorney meetings, client interviews as well as overseeing the staff and the firms administrative needs.
